Concrete Current GmbH operates the online shop under licence from Surf Club München e.V. Club memberships and club-related matters concern Surf Club München e.V. and do not form part of this Shipping & Returns policy.
1. Shipping destinations
We ship within Germany, within the European Union and, where available at checkout, internationally.
The countries currently available for delivery are shown at checkout. If a country cannot be selected at checkout, delivery to that country is not currently available.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, order value and product.
Any customs duties, import charges, taxes or fees arising from deliveries outside the European Union are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer where they apply in the destination country.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are shown in the online shop or at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated, the following times are provided as a guide:
- Germany: approximately 2–5 business days
- European Union: approximately 5–10 business days
- International: approximately 10–21 business days
Longer delivery times may apply to limited drops, pre-orders, collaborations or individually produced items. Where applicable, this will be stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Delivery times may be extended by public holidays, high demand, customs clearance, shipping providers or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
If tracking is available, the tracking link will be included in the shipping confirmation.
5. Partial deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries where this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will arise where the partial delivery was initiated by us.
6. Undeliverable shipments
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect it or refusal to accept it, additional shipping costs may apply for renewed dispatch.
7. Shipping risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss of or accidental damage to the goods passes only when the goods are handed over to the customer or an authorised recipient. A clause transferring shipping risk to a consumer when the goods are handed to the carrier would be problematic in a business-to-consumer context because Section 447 of the German Civil Code is restricted for consumer-goods purchases by Section 475(2) of the German Civil Code.
For business customers, the risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
8. Damaged or defective goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at Shop@concretecurrent.de.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.
Your statutory rights relating to defects remain unaffected.
9. Returns
You may return items under the statutory right of withdrawal unless a statutory exclusion applies.
As a rule, the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Business customers are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal unless expressly agreed otherwise.

10. Return shipping costs
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated in the withdrawal policy or agreed in an individual case.
Please do not send items back carriage unpaid unless we have expressly confirmed this in advance.
11. Condition of returned goods
Please return the goods, where possible, unworn, unused and in a condition that permits inspection as it would in a retail store.
If the goods have diminished in value due to handling beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, compensation for that loss in value may be required.
12. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain products, in particular goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements.
This may apply, for example, to personalised products, custom-made items or individually produced articles.
Any applicable exclusion will be stated on the relevant product page or in the withdrawal policy.
13. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with statutory requirements.
As a rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until evidence has been provided that the goods have been returned.
14. Exchanges
A direct exchange cannot always be guaranteed, particularly for limited drops, collaborations or limited quantities.
If you would like a different size or product, please contact us. Alternatively, you may withdraw from the purchase of the item and place a new order.
